Do I need an International Driving Permit?

At pickup, every driver must present the original home-country driver’s license, passport and International Driving Permit. We cannot release the vehicle if any required document is missing.

With 4WD and studless winter tires, ordinary snow roads are comfortable. We ask everyone to drive slowly and leave far more braking distance than usual. If conditions are genuinely bad, we'll tell you.

How many people can fit?

Tell us how many people are traveling and how much luggage and ski equipment you will bring. NINJA will arrange a suitable vehicle and confirm availability and the total price.

Is insurance included?

Basic insurance is included. Mandatory liability waiver: ¥1,100 per day for vehicle and third-party property damage deductibles. Rental terms and exclusions apply; please see coverage details or ask us.

Do the cars have roof racks?

Vehicles normally come with a roof rack. Tell us how many ski sets and snowboards you will carry; we will confirm loading capacity.

Can I book on the day?

Please inquire about availability for your dates. Advance inquiries are recommended during the snow season.

Can I rent for several days?

This season’s rental rates are available by inquiry. Tell us your dates, passengers and luggage. We will confirm availability and send a quote before you book.

Please drop off your luggage at NINJA at least 5 days before your airport date due to possible delivery delays caused by heavy snowfall. Up to 7 days of storage is included with the airport delivery service. From the 8th day, additional storage starts from ¥1,500 per bag / day (excluding tax). Long-term storage? Just ask us — discounted rates may be available.

How long can you store my bags?

From ¥2,000 per item per day, excluding tax. The same rate applies to suitcases, backpacks, ski bags and snowboard bags. We will confirm the total with your request.

What can't you store?

Valuables such as cash and passports, fragile or precision items, fresh food, and dangerous goods like flammables, gas canisters and loose batteries.

How does luggage delivery work?

Drop your bags with us and we photograph and log them, then hand them to the courier for your airport. You collect them from the airport's baggage service counter on your departure day.

Tell us when you're coming.

A message is enough. Table, car, bags, or just a question about Myoko — we'll take it from there.
