From ¥2,000 per item per day, excluding tax. The same rate applies to suitcases, backpacks, ski bags and snowboard bags. We will confirm the total with your request. Billed by calendar date, including both drop-off and pickup dates. Same-day storage is 1 day; December 20–21 is 2 days.

Airport delivery
Your bags meet you at the airport.
We'll send your luggage to Narita, Haneda or Kansai, and you collect it at the airport's baggage service counter on the day you fly.

How it works

WhatsApp with your dates, what you're storing, and whether it's going to an airport. Storage is often possible same-day, but delivery always needs advance notice.

How does luggage delivery work?
